Concept with regard to the location on the banks of the river Elbe , near the ferry is an architectural quotations of ship. The building is composed of massive concrete retaining wall of retaining walls and plinths and is almost all glazed . Most exposed side of the building due to their perspectives - Elbe lookout , " mansion " are glazed and the layout used for the training room. Glass facades are provided with external horizontal wooden sunshades around the building and on the north side of the irregularly disappears . The building has two floors, no basement and a green roof. Green roof to prevent overheating and " destroys " the view from the terrace of the existing "castle".
